customers. Certain Personal Information becomes public record when
documents are led with the federal or state government, or with a court. For
example, an applicant’s personal information and les are sent to the US
Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or United States Citizen and
Immigration Services (USCIS), or other pertinent agency and are no longer
under our control when applications and petitions are led. This Privacy

– LEV IMM LLC remains liable under the DPF Principles if a third-party
agent processes personal data received from the EU, UK, or Switzerland in a
